Booking & Deposit

• To secure a booking (date and time), a deposit of HK $300 has to be made via bank transfer or PayMe. The remaining balance shall be paid on the day the fully edited photos are ready for downloading.

Delivery

• Please allow 2-3 weeks for your photos to be delivered. A private online gallery will be provided. The gallery is for viewing purposes only and they will be in low resolution with a watermark stamped on them. After the photos have been selected, a download link will be given. 

• Please note of the number of photos included in the package that has been booked. Additional photos may be purchased at HK $80 each or a bundle of 10 for HK $550. The photos are high resolution quality with no watermark. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation can be done at any time after the booking has been done. However, if a Client cancels two days (48 hours or less) prior to the date of the shoot, the deposit will be forfeited. If the Client chooses to reschedule two days (48 hours or less) before the date of the shoot, the Client will be charged a fee of HK $500.

• In the case of you, the Client, want to reschedule the photoshoot due to valid reasons such as illness is understandable and I shall try my best to accommodate you. If the reason isn't valid (e.g. you had a social event you forgot about), a HK $500 fee will be charged if a booking is rescheduled two days (48 hours or less) prior to date of the confirmed photoshoot.

• Cancellation or rescheduling due to bad weather. Great weather is one the key factors when doing outdoor shoots. It is of my great interest that your photos will turn out the best it could be. In the case of rain (light or heavy) one hour prior to the start of the shoot, the shoot will either be cancelled or rescheduled. If it's a cancellation, your deposit will be returned via bank transfer or FPS. If you would like to reschedule, we can arrange a date that works best for both parties.

Editing & Retouching

• The images would be colour corrected, and lightly retouched as per the photographer's sensibilities. Extensive retouching is not included.

Photographer's Illness

• In case of any unforeseen circumstances, where I, the Photographer, am not in a position to do the shoot myself, the Client can choose from the options of rescheduling or cancelling with a full refund.

Disclosure

• All images are the exclusive copyright and property of Snaps By Enya. These images may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent. Enya Pangilinan, the Photographer, reserves the right to use the images from the portrait sessions on her website, social media platforms and on any relevant marketing material. By booking a session with Snaps By Enya, you agree to these terms and conditions.
