How much are your rates?

Do you have any tips for someone who is camera shy?

A lot if not all of my clients are rather camera shy or simply just not used to being in front of the camera. If you're unsure of how to pose, I got you covered—I'm more than happy to guide you through the whole session. A bit cliché but just be yourself! That's all that matters :) I'm here to make our session together a fun and comfortable experience.

What about travel fees?

For shoots outside of London and in zone 4 and outer parts, there will be additional charges for travel - this is dependent on location. Please inquire if you want to know more.

Do you have a studio?

I only do on-location photoshoots for the time-being. Depending on your selected package, it can be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.

How do I confirm a booking?  

To secure a booking (date and time), a deposit of 50% of the package price has to be made via bank transfer or Monzo. The remaining balance shall be paid on the day the fully edited photos are ready for downloading.

What if it rains during our shoot? 

Great weather is one the key factors when doing outdoor shoots. It is of my great interest that your photos will turn out the best it could be. In the case of rain (light or heavy) one hour prior to the start of the shoot, the shoot will either be cancelled or rescheduled. 

If it's a cancellation, your deposit will be returned via bank transfer or Monzo. If you would like to reschedule, we can arrange a date that works best for both parties.

When can I expect my photos to be delivered? 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your photos to be delivered. A private online gallery will be provided where you can directly download your high-res and fully edited images from. You may share your gallery to your family and friends.  

Can I cancel?

Cancellation can be done at any time after the booking has been done. However, if a Client cancels two days (48 hours or less) prior to the date of the shoot, the deposit will be forfeited. 

Can I reschedule?

In the case of the Client, wants to reschedule the photoshoot due to valid reasons such as illness is understandable and I shall try my best to accommodate you. 

If the reason isn't valid (e.g. you had a social event you forgot about), a £100 fee will be charged if a booking is rescheduled two days (48 hours or less) prior to the date of the confirmed photoshoot.

Can you photoshop _____?

The images would be colour corrected, and lightly retouched. My editing style is capture your natural self. Extensive retouching is not included.

Is hair and make up included?

Hair and makeup are not included in the packages. I can help you find some and share their contacts with you.
